TOGL Energy Limited, trading as TOGL, is a depot flexibility software company registered in Northern Ireland and incorporated on 11 September 2025. TOGL is building fleet charging and flexibility software that coordinates vehicle needs, charge points, site limits, electricity tariffs and departure plans. The software is intended to lower charging costs, make better use of available depot power and protect operational readiness, while showing when the available time or power cannot meet the plan. TOGL does not sell charging hardware and is not a public charging network. The company was founded by four people with backgrounds in EV charging, energy infrastructure and fleet operations.
TOGL has closed pilots underway and is recruiting more depot operators. Current integration and pilot scope is published on the platform page, which is the right source for what can be assessed today.
